Carefully enter your personal information and medical profile in the first section. Review the information you entered to ensure accuracy. Remember, that your information is confidential. Please answer each question as accurately as you can. You will be prompted to agree to the Terms and Conditions. Once you accept the Terms and Conditions, you will be taken to the second portion of the Order Form. Our registered EU Doctor will review your answers to make a decision about your prescriptions. It is crucial that you disclose any other medications you may be taking. You must also be sure to list any additional medical situations including any other treatments you are undergoing. All information you provide will be used to make the best choice for you.

Next, you will be taken to the payment section. You will need to enter your credit card information and confirm your billing details. When you have finished entering your payment information, you will be taken to the order confirmation screen where an order confirmation number will display. We will send you an email to confirm your order. Your confirmation number will also be listed in the email. Keep this email safe as you will be able to use the email if you need to follow up with us regarding your order.
Once your payment is processed and approved, your order will be dispatched for delivery. After your order is dispatched, we will send you another confirmation email. Please note that your order is dispatched in a discrete package which will arrive at your residence in a few days.

Our packages to UK residents are mailed via Royal Mail Special Delivery system. If you place your order before 1 pm, you can expect to receive your order the next day. For delivery to residences outside UK, we use UPS -the world's largest delivery company. UPS deliveries may take approximately two days.
